Security and Passwords: Customers must not use the services to subvert or help others in subverting the security or integrity of any organization systems, centers, or equipment, to gain unauthorized access to the computer networks of Guru Enterprise Limited or any other person, or to provide passwords or access codes to unauthorized individuals. Customers must not utilize the services to forge the signature or other identifying mark or code of another person, impersonate or assume the identity of another character, or engage in any other activity to deceive or lie to other persons regarding the actual identity of the user.

 

Malicious Software and Code Distribution: Customers are not allowed to distribute or post any virus, bug, worm, spyware, adware, malware, corrupted records, or computer code meant to disrupt services, destroy data, or harm system, or disrupt the operation of the services. Customers must not utilize the services to conduct port scans or other invasive tactics against any server (except any server for which the user is a licensed system administrator).

 

Regulatory Compliance and Lawful Use: Customers must not utilize the services to distribute, market, or promote software or services that have the primary purpose of encouraging or facilitating unsolicited commercial email or spam, solicit or gather email address lists to encourage or facilitate unsolicited commercial email or spam, or use the services in any way deemed, in Guru Enterprise Limited’s sole discretion, to be violent, encouraging violence, displaying bigotry, racism, discrimination, or hatred in any manner whatsoever. The customers must not utilize the services in any way that may subject Guru Enterprise Limited to adverse regulatory action, legal liability, or adversely affect the company’s public image, reputation, or goodwill.

 

Third-party Software and Interference with Services: Customers must not keep Guru Enterprise Limited or its employees, shareholders, or associates up to public scorn, ridicule, or defamation or use any third-party software that impairs, disrupts, destroys, or otherwise damages or has the potential to harm Guru Enterprise Limited’s servers and facilities or the servers and facilities of other network hosts or internet users.

  • Terminating the services or the offending customer: The Company may terminate the services or the offending customer’s access to the services if the violation is not remedied or if the Company deems it necessary.

 

  • Imposing fees or charges: The Company may impose fees or charges on the offending customer’s account to cover any costs incurred by the Company as a result of the violation.

 

  • Removing offending content: The Company may remove any offending content that violates the AUP.

 

  • Taking other action: The Company may take any other action deemed necessary in accordance with the AUP, the relevant service agreement, or applicable law.

 

The Company will determine the appropriate action to take in its sole discretion. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services is in compliance with the AUP, and the Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the customer as a result of any action taken by the Company under this policy.

 

  • DISCLAIMER OF MONITORING AND LIABILITY

The company explicitly states that it does not have the obligation to monitor its clients or other users for any violations of this policy. Additionally, the company does not assume any liability or responsibility for the actions of its clients or other users, or any content posted by users on any website.
